Welcome to the New Colorado PGA Website Lubar and Kupcho Take Home the 2010 Colorado Junior PGA Championship
Shannon Lubar came from one stroke back to win the 2010 Girls Division of the Colorado Junior PGA Championship. Lubar trailed Shinwoo Lee and Bryce Schroeder by one stroke going into the final round. She posted an impressive three-under-par 71 in the final round to finish at two-under-par 146. Coming in second was Schroeder and in third was Lee, respectively. Steven Kupcho, who like Lubar also trailed coming into the final round, shot a one-under-par 69 to take home the Boys Division of the 2010 Colorado Junior PGA Championship. Kupcho's even-par 140 was two strokes ahead of Austin Raap and Tanner Jenson, who both finished at two-over-par 142. For the final results from the Boys Division, please click here.
 Jason Preeo, PGA Apprentice and Instructor at MetaGolf Learning Center, tackles Pebble Beach
Jason Preeo, PGA Apprentice and Instructor at the MetaGolf Learning Center, finished tied for 82nd in the 2010 US Open this past week at Pebble Beach Golf Club. The 2009 Colorado PGA Match Play Champion took home a cool $11,707 for his efforts this week. Congratulations to Jason for not only qualifiying and competing in the 2010 US Open, but for representing all of his fellow Colorado PGA Professionals.
Kick Off Family Golf Month with the Colorado PGA and City Park Golf Course
The Colorado PGA will be kicking off the month of July and Family Golf Month on Saturday, June 26th, 2010 at City Park Golf Course with Family Golf Day. Participants of the event will receive from 10-Minutes Lessons from Colorado PGA Professionals as well as a complementary PGA T-Shirt, and food and beverages.
